We offer a maintenance program that is based on a thorough and effective safety inspection plan. If an inspector detects any deteriorated components or unsafe conditions during a required inspection, they must be repaired and brought back to a perfect working condition before any worker can resume the use of the system.
A daily inspection checklist should be used to ensure a practical and thorough assessment. According to OSHA, the safety check must comprise all hoists and cranes before the beginning of each shift.
Overhead Crane Maintenance
We provide an overhead crane maintenance program for our customers based on the manufacturers' recommendations. Our designated personnel will check thoroughly and perform the necessary maintenance work. The requirements of 29 CFR 1910.147, the control of hazardous energy or tag out, should be used to re-energize the crane.
